Hi, I'm Andrew. Over the past 4 years, I've chatted with over 30 OTs in the Greater Seattle area through working to support my neurodivergent daughter. I've learned a ton about neurodivergence, but also about your profession.

The patterns I noticed - you all want to feel like you're making a bigger impact day to day, control your own schedule and get paid more. This past summer, I set out to solve these problems for you with Lighthouse - a website where you can connect with families who want services in their real life (out and about or at home), set your own hours and get paid what you deserve.

It's my way of using my background to give back to the profession that has made such a difference to our family. We're growing fast because this is the future of OT.
